About Charline
Certified yoga teacher Vinyasa and Hatha (certified yoga alliance), I wish to transmit this art of living and its benefits. In love with outdoor sports (cap, trail, climbing, canyoning) yoga has proved to be super complementary to all these cardio sports (bye tendinitis and periostitis, and hello awareness and optimization of breathing). Moments just for me where in each session I left on a cloud, the mind calmed and the light body ... since I can not do without it. I want to bring these moments of tranquility and mind / body connection.

Through sessions including prayanama (breathing technique), flow yoga postures in synchronization with breathing and guided meditation, I accompany you according to your desires in a yoga that can be very dynamic (type detox / poweryoga) and even a little challenging in providing a guided session to headstand / handstand or yoga softer (type yin). In any case, I take care to ensure that yoga is done in alignment to work safely and although it allows from time to time to revive our child's soul by surpassing itself, yoga must remain a moment of gratitude and self-awareness otherwise it would be just a sport. And believe me it's more than that! To your carpets!
