About Gigi
My name is Gigi Lee, I am a yoga and swimming teacher who is growing up with sports. I was a synchronized swimmer when I was young. I have started practicing yoga since my sister was pregnant (15 years ago). I am passionate about helping people to improve their quality of lives while teaching yoga is one of the methods. This is the reason why I went to Australia for a yoga teacher training and so got a 200hr training certificate. I love yoga because it is good for people no matter you are 3 months or 80 years old. In other words, I can teach and help for lifelong.

My teaching method is based on students' abilities, expectations, and needs. My class usually involves sharing of wisdom and interaction. Options are always provided and students are always encouraged to choose the options which are good for them. Competition is always not suggested in practicing, self-esteem and consciousness are always reminded in my class.
