I have a bachelor in Psychology with plans to further my studies.
I am a qualified 500hr Yoga Teacher.
I teach private’s as well as having taught at Various studios in Durban and CapeTown.
On my off days you can find me at the beach.

My personal teaching style incorporates intelligent sequencing, structuring classes around a peak pose ensuring the correct muscle groups are activated to allow easier access into the pose.I like to incorporate a strong emphasis on using the breath throughout the practice.I wish to bring fun and relaxation to your practice.
