I have being teaching and running yoga studios for over 20 years. I also run an Executive Assistant business in the financial market. My passion is yoga and not just one style but many. In life you need different things and certain styles of yoga work at different times. Your yoga mat is the key to a truly healthy happy life. I can show you how I got there and we can enjoy this beautiful life journey toget her. Stop aches and pains, find your peace and love your life.
