Each class blends gentle movement, breath, and sound to support calm, balance, and a deeper connection to your body. Sessions take place in the comfort of your own home or online, allowing you to slow down, release tension, and move in a way that feels intuitive rather than forced.
We work together to determine how the combination of yoga, sound, yoga nidra and somatic coaching will work for you!
Whether you’re completely new or returning to your practice, I meet you where you are—supporting you to feel more at ease, present, and connected within yourself.
