About Samantha

Graduated with a Master in Business School, I finally chose to move towards the path of global and natural health. I am a Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Therapist (Indian Traditional Medicine) and Ski Instructor. I approach the human in its dimensions. I also offer Yoga and personal development courses around Ayurveda, the sacred feminine and the connection to nature and the mountains. Sporty since a young age, listening to my body, passionate about the study and understanding of the world, I decided to train myself in Yoga that helps me, balance me and make me aware of the importance a healthy body, a peaceful mind and the respect we owe them. The idea of training in Traditional Indian Medicine comes to me naturally, it is the logical continuation, to better understand me, understand you and live a happy life, in accordance with its rhythms and respecting its own constitution. I feel the need to feel useful, to help others, to accompany them in the face of malfunctions or imbalances, no doubt, I have taken the right path, the one who speaks to me and resembles me.

About the lesson

I propose a Yoga adapted to your needs, your desires or your state of the moment in respect of your body. A gentle thematic practice that combines dynamic or immobile postures, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. The movements are linked in harmony with a conscious and controlled breathing, calming the nervous system and balancing the mind. The circulation is activated, the regenerated cells and the internal organs stimulated, favoring the purification of the whole organism. A yoga that encourages personal development, confidence in one's feelings, observation of body and mind sensations, listening to oneself, awareness in what one does by taking the time ... My aspiration is to accompany you to your inner path, to this quest for love, to transmit to you these positive waves that unravel your features, these little things that put you in front of evidences and allow you to move forward, these impulses of love that you fill with joy. I am certified Yoga Alliance and the proposed Yoga styles are: Vinyasa, Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Yin, Pre-natal. Hope to meet you,
