About Nida Khan

Hi , I'm nida and I'm passionate about fitness from last 7 yrs,it was started wheni got know that I'm a varicose veins patient and i don't have any other option to control my varicose veins except weight loss and workouts,at that timei was used be overweight .
But after my weight lose,i had decided to continue my journey of fitness by helping others and gradually it was my passion,so that's it.

About the lesson

I have customised classes for each category of clients ,its totally up to their requirements ,which time they are free and also how much time they had for classes,like 30 mins,40 min 60 min ,and also i provide diet chart also.
