About Matthew
I have been teaching Yoga for over a year and have over 500 hours of experience and completing my required classes for my 500 hour qualification. I am currently certified for 200 hours with Yoga Alliance. I have taught people at all levels and at all ages including chair yoga for the elderly. My students has improved on their overall fitness and mental health wellbeing, my focus is always on empathy.

My techniques of teaching is approaching everything thoughtfully and as calmly as possible. I am very laid back and want to help my students hit their target. I follow the teachings of yoga which is all about showing kindness and respect to others. I want to showcase the yoga lifestyle and help those live their best life.
