I am a happy & welcoming person, with an aim to share the transformational knowledge that i've accumulated from other teachers!

I curate yoga classes for all abilities and ages.
My classes follow themes, for example, heart and back sequence or hip and hamstring sequence, with easy to follow guidance.
1-1 classes will be designed specifically for your needs
Length of classes range from 45 minutes - 1 hour 30 minutes
I guide students through the fundamentals of yoga, including postures, breathwork, meditation & relaxation techniques. These are all the aspects I cover in my own practise as I believe they are key to a yoga practise and very transformational
The class aims to build strength, flexibility & a positive relationship with your mind & body
Every week you’ll learn something new!

I can do 1-1s online, in person at my house or travel to other suitable locations. The pricing may vary if a room needs to be booked for a session :)
