About Geraldine
I've been passionate about Yoga and good health for many years.
I view the body as a temple and how I take care of it each day shows on the outside. Yoga works on a physical and mental/emotional level, keeping me flexible in mind and body as well as developing a sense of well being.
I like my students to leave my classes feeling a little more nurtured than when they arrived.
I offer beginners and intermediate classes and I tailor the class to suit your ability so that you can grow in your awareness of yoga and your health generally.

I studied Iyengar Yoga originally and over time I've also trained in Flow Yoga. I work with people of all ages and will develop classes to suit your needs.
Lessons are typically one hour and includes some breathing exercises and a relaxation period at the end of the class.
I hold a 300hr certification with the Yoga Alliance Professionals.
