Such good energy, very calming and walks you through the process/steps. Has a lot of patience for first timers, gives feedback or encouragement for improvement. I really recommend Zulema for this reason and I have a lot of trust in her especially as a postpartum mom. Taking a class with her and learning how to breathe helped me so much during my labor! Practice makes perfect and her class does just that!
