Deadly! Kishore Sir has been instrumental in bringing holistic fitness not just to the physical body but also the mind. He is extremely patient and thoughtful in planning the journey towards achieving the true fruits of yoga. Sir listens well to one's constraints and physical limitations and adapts his style to guide your practice.

In the last 2 months with regular yoga sessions - i have been pleasantly surprised by my own development in all the three domains - strength conditioning, and toning. Not to mention that most of persistent pre-diabetic and hypertension have been effectively alleviated and being managed well.
