Myself shilpi.I am taking her classes from September and completed almost 5 months.According to me,Her way of teaching is quite impressive and easily understood.she communicates her sessions in English and sometimes also in Hindi.her timings are also flexible.she explains the poses twice if not understood at once.I would recommend everyone to join her.
