About Baylee

Hi! My name is Baylee. I have been teaching yoga for the past 3 years. I got my 200 YTT studying in India for over a month, and have my Bachelors of Science majoring in Kinesiology in May 2020. I have taught yoga in groups from a solo session all the way up to 60 people. Currently I am a Personal trainer and teach yoga.

My teaching method is based off of what my client needs and wants. It can be restorative, a more fast paced Vinyasa flow, spiritual, or more of a workout class style, etc. I want to really get to know my clients/students and teach them in a holistic whole health aspect approach.
