About Tyga

FREE one-on-one boxing and self-defense session!! You’ll learn the fundamentals of boxing in just one session, enough to last a lifetime! I’ll teach you how to use your balance, throw effective punches, and maintain proper posture during self-defense. I train outside of my own studio in Staten Island, NY, but I can travel to you, or the session can also be done virtually.

My boxing expertise spans over two decades, carrying a boxing record of 42 wins and 7 losses. My accolades include 3x Metro Championships, one Pure Breed Championship, one Ringside Championship, and 2x Empire State Championships.

About the lesson

1. Demonstrate punches and footwork: It's important to show you how to perform individual punches and footwork techniques first.

2. Break down each technique: After I've demonstrated a technique, break it down step by step so that you know exactly how to perform it.

3. I will observe and make corrections: As you practice the technique, I will observe them and make corrections on your form.

4. Plan out your lessons: To make the best use of your time, I will create a plan for what you want to cover in each lesson. This can involve focusing on specific techniques or working on building overall fitness and conditioning.

Deadly! Aron is extremely talented both in his knowledge of the sport and moreover curating a lesson to your curent boxing level. He creates a session based on your level while still challenging you to improve with every lesson . I highly recommend hiring Aron for boxing level for any level your holding
