About SUBRATA
I am presently working as the senior most teacher in Economics in DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL, HALDIA, WEST BENGAL, INDIA. I started my teaching career as a lecturer in Economics since 1990, in various undergraduate colleges in Kolkata, West Bengal INDIA. Since 1990, I worked as a permanent teacher in Economics at St. Xavier's School, Haldia (WB) till March'2018. I did my M.Sc (Economics) from University of Calcutta in the year 1986. I did my B.Ed from IGNOU.

1.For online teaching, I use the PowerPoint presentation widely. 2.All related mathematical problems are solved on the whiteboard using digital pen. 3.Theories are explained step by step using PowerPoint slides as well as with the help of drawings, graphs, on the whiteboard using digital pen. 4.All assignments are solved with personal care and in a customized way as per requirement of the student. 5.Theories are explained lucidly till the students are satisfied with proper understanding. 6.Regular Home-assignments are given for maintaining regularity in studies. 7. Personal contacts are regularly maintained with the students through email. 8.As the medium of instruction is 'English' students from many countries can be benefited from my long 33 yrs of teaching experience. 9. Maximum weights are given for result-oriented teaching methodology. 10. A good number of my ex-students have become successfully established in the field of government administration, corporate sectors etc. 11. I teach my students with full of confidence & maturity.
