About Kayasana
I am a current student at the University of Southern California studying aerospace engineering. While I love to read, write, and spend time with my friends, I am also dedicated to my schoolwork! As an engineering student, math has been, and continues to be, vital in my academic career. While I have spent hours sitting frustrated over my math assignments, I never want another student to feel that way. I have personally been tutored in mathematics during my high school career and credit my experience for my success in college. I now feel absolutely confident in my math skills and, believe it or not, enjoy doing my math homework!

I believe learning math is all about patience and understanding the "why" behind each formula and theory. I think the best way to do so is to review the material until students feel fully confident and practicing! A typical lesson would include reviewing the student's current chapter and tackling both examples they already grasp and those they don't. Math should never be a terribly stressful task, and students are welcome to ask me questions and give me feedback in what they need help in the most! I teach elementary school to high school students from algebraic strategies to tough physics problems!
