About Hashem
Learning mathematics and analytical subjects does not have to be stressful. With the right guidance, every student can build confidence and succeed.
I am an experienced educator with more than 15 years of teaching experience at the high school, college, and university levels. I hold a PhD in Industrial & Systems Engineering and have taught and conducted research in mathematics, statistics, business analytics, supply chain management, and optimization. I have also published numerous research papers in international journals and worked with students from diverse academic backgrounds.
What I enjoy most is helping students overcome challenges and discover that they are capable of much more than they think. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to match each student's needs, pace, and goals.
I can help students with:
Elementary and middle school mathematics
High school mathematics (including functions, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, and data management)
College and university mathematics and statistics
Operations Research and Optimization
Business Analytics and Supply Chain Management
Python and Excel for data analysis
Research projects and thesis support
My lessons focus on understanding concepts rather than memorizing formulas. I explain topics step by step, use practical examples, and create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
