About Te Awanui A Rangi
Kia Ora!
My name is Te Awanui A Rangi!
I am an 18 year old Māori Animation student from AUT, and I have been drawing endlessly and CONSTANTLY since I was 8.
Previously, I’ve done free online art classes on twitch, and shared my tips, tricks, and secrets; and I’ve loved the outcome from it. I’ve had plenty of people in my audience tell me that the stuff I’ve had to share was game changing for them, and so I thought why not do it professionally?
I started out my art career drawing comics, and drawing my favorite characters; so if you like video games, anime, cartoons, and comics then you’ll probably value a little bit of what I have teach!

My lessons are for beginner to intermediate artists who aim to learn and refine the basics of art. I will also show you how to break those rules in a way that personally benefits you and your art.
The typical length of my previous lessons have been from 1 hour to 2 1/2 hours.
Most of my tutoring experience has been from online live streams on twitch.
