About Alyssa

I specialize in trauma informed care and positive reinforcement. I am sensitive and empathetic towards my students. My main goal is to improve your skills while growing your confidence as an artist as well as enhancing your emotional well-being by helping you realize your creative potential.

About the lesson

I am skilled at adapting any curriculum to meet any individual learner's needs, no matter their ability. I am well versed in drawing from life, realism, portraiture, cartooning, and anime/manga art styles. Having taught drawing, painting, digital art, ceramics, sculpture, jewelry and metalsmithing, and more at the high school level I am well versed in teaching all forms of fine art making.
