About Natasha
Hello! My name is Nataasha, and I am a Bachelor of Education student specializing in Mathematics and Sciences. I am very passionate about working with students and helping them reach their full potential, hence my choice in becoming a teacher. I would describe myself as bubbly, patient, empathetic, and dedicated. I work well with young people, and my goal is always to create a warm and supportive learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions and express themselves. I am also part of a university outreach program that supports high school learners with academic guidance and university applications. As a tutor, I am committed to making learning engaging. My goal is to help students feel confident in subjects like Mathematics, Life Sciences, and Physical Sciences while providing as much support as they need. My tutoring style is learner-centered and interactive. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to match your learning pace, strengths, and challenges. I teach exclusively in English and use clear explanations and relatable examples so that students at different levels can follow easily. During a regular lesson, we start by going through the content you are currently learning at school or need help with. I guide you through the key concepts, giving you examples, and ensuring you understand the foundations. After that, we work through exercises together, step by step, so you can apply what you've learned. You’ll be free to ask questions at any time, and I always take time to explain things in different ways if needed. After the lesson, I will send you extra resources—such as worksheets, summaries, or practice questions—to help reinforce your understanding. My lessons are aimed at Grade 8–12 students who need support in Mathematics, Life Sciences, and Physics.
