Deadly! I came to double bass ( I have an electric upright bass ) having played electric bass many years ago. Juan has helped me with my technique, my ear, music theory and has given me confidence to get to grips with the instrument so and not to make it daunting.
He has a great one to one style that is easy going & every time I leave I have learned something new

I highly recommend him
