About Arifa
Hi, I’m Arifa, a friendly and supportive tutor who enjoys helping students build confidence and succeed in their learning. I’m a First-Class Biomedical Science graduate with experience teaching Maths and Science to primary and GCSE students. I’m patient, reliable, and well organised, and I always aim to create a positive, comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and grow in confidence. I take my role seriously and pride myself on being professional, punctual, and supportive at all times.

My tutoring style is friendly, patient, and supportive. I tailor each lesson to the student’s learning style and pace, making sure they feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence as they learn. Lessons usually last 60 minutes and include clear explanations, examples, and practice questions to help reinforce understanding. I focus on strengthening core knowledge while keeping lessons engaging and encouraging. I am a First-Class Biomedical Science graduate with experience tutoring Maths and Science to primary and GCSE students (ages 6–15). My goal is to help students enjoy learning, improve their confidence, and achieve their academic goals in a positive and relaxed environment.
