About Alex

I have 19 years of teaching and coaching experience, and I developed my own accelerated-learning methodology after years of personal experimentation, research, and practical work with learners.

I have coached more than 3,600 people, including professionals and teams from companies such as Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Google, GE, Bloomberg, eBay, KPMG, The Wall Street Journal, Walt Disney, HSBC, PwC, Citigroup, Bank of America, and others.

I also published a book based on my approach to learning English more efficiently and accessing deep focus while reading and studying.

My interest in this work is personal. I was not a natural reader. I struggled for years with slow reading and attention issues, and I used to feel overwhelmed by books and long-form learning. That experience forced me to search for practical, not theoretical, methods. Over time, I learned how to improve my focus, increase my reading efficiency, and enjoy learning in a completely different way.

I lived in London for 22 years, and I bring an international, business-aware standard to my lessons: clear thinking, clear language, and practical communication.

My work is especially relevant for:
- professionals who read large volumes of information.
- non-native speakers who want stronger business English.
- advanced learners who feel blocked by slow reading or mental fatigue.
- students and executives who want sharper comprehension and more focus.

My approach is structured, demanding, and practical. If you are looking for quick entertainment, I am probably not the right tutor. If you want serious progress, measurable improvement, and a method you can apply beyond the classroom, I would be glad to work with you.

In our first session, we don’t just talk; we diagnose. You will leave with something practical and measurable:
- a short baseline assessment of your reading efficiency and focus.
- clear feedback on what is slowing you down.
- a specific protocol to break the 'Talking Speed' barrier.

THE REALITY: Most high-level professionals read at the same speed they talk (~150 words per minute). This under-stimulates the brain, causing boredom, distraction, and 'information fatigue.'

THE PROMISE: I use neuroplasticity and the 'Mental Movie' Protocol to help you bypass subvocalisation.
- Read 2-3x faster with higher retention.
- Master Flow State to turn dense documents into vivid, actionable insights.
- Stop 'wasting' time on passive content and reclaim the competitive edge of deep reading.

If your work depends on reading quickly, understanding clearly, and communicating with credibility, your English needs to feel like a strength, not a struggle.
I track progress carefully so you can see what is improving over time.
Many students also notice that the reading techniques transfer into their first language.
This is for the professional who knows that in the era of AI, the ability to process and synthesise high-quality information is the only 'unfair advantage' left.
Book a trial lesson if you want a serious, measurable approach to English and cognitive performance.
