About Georgina
I have experience in tutoring GCSE, A level, and first year university students in Chemistry and Maths. Through both extensive lectures and practical classes at Cambridge University I am familiar with the fundamentals of organic/inorganic chemistry, Newtonian physics, and physical and mechanical engineering. I have previously been employed both to prepare students for specific examinations, and to give a client a full understanding of the A level maths syllabus to support their knowledge base during university.

I take an interactive approach to teaching, and encourage asking questions whenever needed.
My lessons follow an overall structure of
1. Revision of last weeks topics
2. Introducing a new topic, giving examples of real-life applications
3. Giving an explanation of the subject tailored to the client's learning style
4. Going over practice questions and clarifying any issues
6. A final summary of the topic

Georgina is diligent, punctual and has a great grasp of the concepts I was trying to learn. I have very little maths education and needed to pick up differentiation, integration and even Bayes Theorem for a Masters course I had signed up for.
