About Hélène

I have been coaching and training for over thirty clients for 3 years , all satisfied, with more than 300 hours experience.
I use different coaching techniques including NLP, symbolic modeling and visualization meditation.
I also draw on my experience of 7 years in a multinational company abroad (Japan and India).
Finally, working for two years as an independant coach, actress and writer, I also am inspired by my experiences in self-organization.

I am particularly appreciated in the way I adapt to each person, my creativity in my coaching, my responsiveness and my benevolence.

About the lesson

Together, we can put the odds on your side so that your progress is steady and without pitfalls. Throughout your journey, I will see to:
- Maintaining your motivation
- Refining your goals so that they are both ambitious, engaging and attainable
- Helping you keep your commitment
- Reviewing all your program when necessary
and especially, to remove blockages that may arise in your way.
