About Charu

I am a volunteer teacher associated with NGO having a global student base. Have taken classroom and online classes for stress management and life skills development for age groups ranging from 10 years to 60 years. I am taking these classes since last 5 years. In addition to teaching I enjoy cooking, crafting and music. I did graduation in language (English and Sanskrit) and hold a Post graduation degree in Economics.

About the lesson

My classes will be a combination of theory with power point presentation including audio- video sessions and practicals . It will be at least 5 hours class 1-1 hour per day to complete the full course. it will depend upon the candidate's availability and understanding of the subject.

I am a maths teacher from Malaysia. I recently attended retreat session under Mr and Mrs Anuraagh . We were taught on breathing techniques, self healing , healing others including cleansing of our house etc. Mrs Charu thought us hands - on exercise
so that we can practice at home. After the retreat I had some doubts on certain procedures. I texted Mr and Mrs Anuraag. Mrs Charu took the initiative to video call me from India to explain . She also responded to my whatsapp messages clarifying on things that I were not sure of.
