About Emily

I am currently completing a PhD in organic chemistry which I find really interesting. I used to be a secondary school science teacher so I have a lot of experience with teaching the sciences. I really enjoy teaching and geeting to know the student in order to help them to make the best progress they can.

About the lesson

My lessons will be completely tailored and adpated to the needs of the students and what they would liek to cover and get out of the lesson. I am happy to teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics up to GCSE level (Foundation and Higher tier) and A Level Chemistry.

In the lessons we can go over previously taught material in class which the student has struggled with or just needs a little bit more practice. We can also go over exam technique and lookingat how to answer exam questions in order to get the best marks. This is something that can be adpated over time so the student can get the most out of the lesson.
