Hello, beautiful souls! I'm Clare, a passionate life coach and a jubilant new mum proudly embracing the joys of motherhood alongside the vibrant colours of my identity as a lesbian.

Adding a new dimension to my life, I recently became a mum, joyously embracing the whirlwind of nappy changes, lullabies, and sleepless nights. Parenthood has deepened my understanding of the delicate balance between personal and family aspirations, enriching my coaching practice with a unique perspective.

Navigating the challenges and triumphs of life as a new mum has fuelled my commitment to creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone. I celebrate the beauty of love, diversity, and the myriad ways in which families come together.

In coaching sessions with me, expect an environment that honours your journey and recognizes the intersections of your identity. Whether you're navigating life transitions, seeking personal growth, or simply desiring a supportive space to explore your authentic self, I am here to guide you.

About the lesson

My coaching methodology is rooted in a holistic and client-centred approach. I believe in the power of active listening, empathy, and collaboration to guide individuals towards their goals. Through a combination of reflective questioning, goal-setting exercises, and personalized action plans, I aim to help clients gain clarity, build resilience, and cultivate the skills necessary for sustainable personal growth.
All sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Typical Length of a Lesson:
Life coaching sessions typically run for approximately 60 minutes. However, the frequency and length of sessions can be adjusted based on the individual's preferences and requirements.

Qualifications/Experience as a Coach:
I hold an international coaching accreditation gained through The Coaching Masters training academy.
