About Carlos
I have been working in education for over 20 years. I have been coaching parents with children with special needs for several years. I am an experience teacher, working as a Senior Leader in a North London Special School. I am passionate about Behaviour and on improving the general wellbeing and quality of life of children and their families.

I have specialised in supporting the emotional, behavioural, mental health and overall needs of children young people with Autism and complex needs, and their families. I integrate Neurolinguistic Programming Coaching tools with Positive Behavioural Support frameworks to skill up parents understanding their children. The Coaching sessions are also directed to the parent having difficulties with their own emotional wellbeing.
The sessions are usually 45min to 1 hour.
