About Sharu
Hi! I am an undergraduate student at Imperial studying Medical Bioscience! I did A-Level chemistry, biology, maths, further maths and EPQ, achieving A*’s in all my subjects. I am really passionate about biology and chemistry, and I am even more passionate about teaching them! I really enjoyed helping GCSE students with biology, and I hope I can help you to achieve your goals as well!

I would mainly teach online, however, I would use an interactive whiteboard that students have access to, so that we can work through problems together. I would highly recommend students to send questions before their lessons so that we can get through as much as possible, and I would encourage them to send me the topics they’re struggling with so I can help make notes to explain concepts better. I have questions by topic that I would send if more practice is needed! The typical length of a lesson would be around 1 hour long, however, if needed I am willing to occasionally do 1.5 hours! I will be teaching GCSE or A-Level students, as those are the qualifications I did myself. I don’t have too much experience being a teacher, so I’m willing to do a trial lesson for free, however, I was a Biology prefect who helped tutor GCSE students, and I helped a student go from a B to an A in A-level Chemistry.
