About Raian

I’m a 22-year-old Bangladeshi student who moved to Australia in February 2023. Throughout my student life I’ve balanced academics with active involvement in extracurriculars, particularly debating and photography—experiences that sharpened my communication, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving. I’m also the founder of an NGO and the organizer of a community that supports students who want to study abroad, offering guidance, peer networking, and practical resources. These initiatives grew my leadership and project management skills while keeping me close to the challenges students actually face. Right now, I’m channeling that experience into a tech startup, where I’m learning to build products, validate ideas, and lead small teams toward clear goals.

About the lesson

I’m an easygoing, friendly educator who teaches through real-world examples so concepts feel practical, not abstract. Each session follows a simple three-part structure: Revision of last class: We start with a quick recap—key points, a few recall questions, or a short mini-quiz—to refresh memory and connect past lessons to today’s goals. Answering questions: Next, I address doubts one by one. I encourage “no-fear” questions and use simple analogies so tricky ideas click. New topics: Finally, I introduce new concepts with an example first, then break the idea into small steps and guide you through practice problems. I’ve taught 70+ students and focus on making lessons engaging and supportive—I believe being a friend first, then a teacher creates the safest space to learn. Academically, I scored 90%+ in both secondary and higher-secondary exams and continue to maintain strong grades at university. Tutor Profile Teaching style: Calm, friendly, and example-driven—I show, then you try, with feedback. Session flow: Revision → Q&A → New Topic (with a practical example and a short “exit ticket” to check understanding). What students can expect: Clear explanations, step-by-step guidance, practice tasks tailored to your level, and honest feedback.
