About Khizar Ali
Hi! I'm Khizar, a Software Engineering student deeply passionate about sharing my love for mathematics. Over the past two years, I've been helping students from grade 7 to GCSE understand and conquer math. My approach is all about simplifying complex ideas and building a strong foundation of knowledge and confidence for each of my students.

In my tutoring sessions, my primary focus is to navigate through the student's exam board curriculum, ensuring we cover each topic comprehensively. I believe in tailoring my teaching to the specific needs of each student, dedicating time to the topics they find challenging and reinforcing their understanding through structured guidance and strategic exam preparation tips.
Lessons are structured to be one hour in duration, striking the perfect balance between efficiency and thoroughness. We will start each session with a quick recap, spending the first 5-10 minutes reviewing previous lessons completing stater tasks to reinforce retention and understanding. The core of the lesson is then focused on tackling new or difficult concepts, where I provide direct support and clarification on key topics. To wrap up, the final 5-10 minutes are devoted to planning ahead, outlining upcoming topics, and setting targeted homework assignments.
Regarding my qualifications and experience, I am currently pursuing a BSc in Software Engineering at a prestigious institution and have successfully completed A-Level Mathematics. Furthermore, I bring two years of hands-on experience from working in a tuition center in Huddersfield, where I’ve tutored students from grade 7 to GCSE level in mathematics. This blend of academic achievement and practical teaching experience positions me uniquely to contribute positively to the academic journey of my students.
My lessons cater to students from grade 7 to GCSE, aiming not just for exam success but to foster a deep understanding of mathematics. Through personalized teaching, strategic planning, and focused exam preparation, I am commited to help students achieve their highest potential.
