About Titi

(Français suit) TitiMcCoy is a visual artist based in Montreal. Trained in classical art techniques at the Académie des Beaux-Arts de Montréal, he has been active in the urban art scene since 2021. His work brings together these two influences at the heart of his creative style. TitiMcCoy creates on walls, canvas, and paper, using a variety of materials including acrylics, markers, spray paint, graphite, charcoal, and oil paint. He has been a member of the urban art collective OTM since 2021.

TitiMcCoy est un artiste visuel basé à Montréal. Initialement formé aux techniques d’art académique à l'Académie des Beaux-Arts de Montréal, TitiMcCoy évolue dans le milieu de l'art urbain depuis 2021. La juxtaposition de ces deux pratiques est au cœur de son univers visuel. TitiMcCoy travaille sur des murs, des toiles et du papier en utilisant différents mediums, tels que l'acrylique, les marqueurs, la peinture en aérosol, le graphite, le fusain et la peinture à l'huile. TitiMcCoy est membre du collectif d'artistes urbains OTM depuis 2021.

About the lesson

(Français suit) This course will adapt to your skill level and interests. The goal is to help you draw what you see with your eyes—and maybe even add your own twist.
We'll cover:
- Quick sketching techniques
- Perspective and structure
- Values and textures
- Composition
- An intro to my favorite drawing style: cross-hatching
If these terms don’t mean much to you, don’t worry—we’ll focus on having fun along the way!

Cet enseignement s'adaptera à votre niveau de base et vos envies. L'objectif sera d'être capable de reproduire sur papier ce que vous voyez à l'œil, et peut-être même d'y ajouter votre interprétation.
