About Randy

Founder of C.A.N.I. (Community Advancement Network, Inc.) and known as the Check-In Coach because I never leave anyone behind. I am a writer and designer as hobbies. My whole premise of coaching is simple... Honesty, sincerity and goal orienting. I only succeed when you do. Life Coaching is a way of life for me not a business or part time fun game. It is as serious to me as your life is to you. When we work together we can move mountains out of your way.

About the lesson

My motto in life is to be honest in all areas when dealing with yourself. Dealing with others will come naturally after that. My coaching reaches everyone. Developing your inner strengths and rebuilding your weaknesses into strengths. Knowing the clear line between coaching and counseling.

I have actually sought Randy out on several occasions on various topics, ranging from religion to just life in general. Randy is one of those rare individuals who has a way of making you feel like your questions are truly relevant. He is such a patient advisor. I feel trust when I talk to him which is something hard to come by these days. I trust that he gives the best counsel possible, and that he truly works to understand my questions, not just giving generalized answers. I feel no judgements when speaking with him. May we all be so lucky to come across Randy & others like him.
