About Kali

Hello! I'm a passionate educator with over six years of experience helping children, teens, and adults become confident learners. I specialize in reading intervention, dyslexia support, ESL, phonics, grammar, writing, math, and academic enrichment. As a certified Orton-Gillingham educator trained in the Wilson Reading System and the Science of Reading, I create engaging, personalized lessons that meet every student where they are. I have extensive experience supporting students with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other learning differences, while also helping advanced learners reach their full potential. About the lesson

I use evidence-based, structured literacy instruction grounded in the Science of Reading, incorporating the Orton-Gillingham and Wilson Reading approaches to build strong foundations in phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, spelling, writing, and reading comprehension. My lessons are engaging, interactive, and multisensory, making them especially effective for students with dyslexia, ADHD, learning differences, and struggling readers. I begin with an assessment to identify strengths and areas for growth, then create a customized learning plan with measurable goals. Whether your child is learning to read, catching up, or striving to excel, I provide patient, encouraging instruction that builds confidence and lasting literacy skills. I work with children, teens, and adults of all ability levels, helping every student become a confident, independent reader.
