About Mackenzie

One on one teaching from basics to advanced in almost any art type from basic line drawing to advanced shading. Every tutoring experience tailored to each individual and their personal needs. As I am very passionate in my craft, I enjoy helping others to learn in their desired crafts as well.

I have been passionate about art since before I could speak or walk and have been doing art of all kinds my whole life. I love teaching others so they too can fulfill their artistic dreams.

I had friends in my classes who could not understand the teacher and learned differently, therefore, I took it upon myself to help them out so they could understand and sharpen their skills.

I graduated all art classes (performing, liberal and fine arts) with high Bs and As. Fine arts school teachers wanted me to enroll, but due to lack of personal funds, that was not a viable option. My grandfather and mother graduated arts classes with near perfect Mark's as well, and taught me arts since before I could walk.

About the lesson

determine their current skillset and skill level, what they want to do, and help starting from basic shapes, lines and colors. helping them refine their abilities and adding on more until they are satisfied with their skills

I have worked with all kinds of people including ADHD and autism.

Look for someone who shows a skillset of art you desire to learn and also one who is able to adjust to your learning needs and style.

One of my first official commissions paid me well.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Questions about art supplies used are quite common. Not everyone needs to use fancy Copic markers to make lovely art, and not everyone needs to use color. You also dont have to choose between digital and traditional art.

$5 an hour. If someone truly likes your lessons, they will continue to take them, therefore, a lower price is a better option than that of say $15 an hour, draining funds of customers much faster
