About Erin

I'm a highly talents colored pencil artist and my fans and customers enjoy watching my color drawing time lapses, so I decided to be a teacher on here.

I have experience teaching coding and arts and crafts classes. I'm familiar with perspective, advanced shading, color layering, and multiple techniques for separating one object from another (i.e crosshatching, line, circular pencil motion, color depth, and light and shadow)!

I love to create and teach art that inspires people and grow my fan- customer- and student-base, as well as my reputation as a highly proficient artist who can convey many emotions with my techniques.

People I do commissions for encouraged me to do it professionally and I agree with them, I've also had requests from many people outside of the classroom

Drawing I and Drawing II among other art courses at Seton Hall University; experience teaching on-site role, Broadcasting and Visual Media major in the university; GPA 3.746

About the lesson

Pay attention to the student's individual needs and questions; explain details patiently; show a positive attitude

Teenagers and children so far, a bit of adult tutoring

Take your time and don't be afraid of mistakes; teachers are there to help.

I love my birth town, Rahway NJ, which has many poetry events that teachers sometimes attend

I think a student should think about how much time the art they want to learn will take them to do at their skill level, and tell the teacher what categories of art and subjects and styles they want to focus on.
