About Brittany

I like for the students to start where they want and I can guide them using which wver technique they prefer.

I just love art and creating it as I am an artist myself.

I started teaching because it has enriched my life in ways I cannot put into words and I want to pass this beautiful skill along to other like minds.

I was a finalist for a Greeting Card Contest held by Hallmark in 2007, I was awarded a savings bond. From 2007-2010 I was formally trained at the Art Institute of Colorado. I won the Artist Advocate Magazine Contest in 2011 and was awarded a 3k gift card to Dick Blick Art Supply. I had an Art Show with Pancakes and Booze in Denver in 2011. I also had work for sale in Cafe Brazil from 2017-2018.

About the lesson

First I would like to see what level my students are on as artist and . For example beginner, intermediate, or andanvced. Once that is determined by a series of exercises I would administer, I would then teach sought after techniques of the trade that i have mastered.

I have worked with both adults and children. Most of my students do not have an art background but I do work with some intermediate and advanced level students.
