About Amanda
I am a teaching artist partnered with an art teacher at a K-8 school. I have experience explaining/demonstrating art and neuroscience concepts at different levels. This past year I have taught and demonstrated many digital art concepts through Google Draw, as well as concepts using physical materials (paper, pencil, pen, ink, marker, paint). I'm also studying to be an art therapist.
I love encouraging people/students to find their own art style and break loose of the nerves that come with starting creative exploration.
University of Pittsburgh Class of 2018 -- Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Neuroscience and Studio Art minors
My current job has given me a ton of experience teaching young people art
