About Cesar

Every student is a teacher and every teacher is a student. Together, we discover our world through observations, experimentation, research, etc. All subjects are connected and it is highly important to discover those connections. Let's return the entertainment to education!

It was a passion since I was a child myself, and after careful observation of the quality of teachings declining, I wanted to help rebuild teaching.

I am currently a Graduate student in Brooklyn College, studying pedagogy and art education. I also have experience tutoring my own children and picked up on the intuitive aspects of teaching, which, when combined with theory, provides a human experience of the functioning as a guide.

About the lesson

First, study the student, then study yourself, find a common ground through empathy, and function from there. Students need a teacher/tutor that they can relate to and they know that relates to them.

I have worked with children who would be labeled as ADHD, but I don't see children as a label. These are human beings that know little about the world and trust a guide to bring them to a universal understanding of the subject at hand. Where attention goes, energy flows, so it's important to follow their attention and guide it back to the subject, attempting to anchor it through raising their interests.

Your mistakes are your greatest teachers, so first know yourself. You may actually not require a teacher. Sometimes, it is as simple as missing one or two details in a subject. Also, every subject is intended to match something that is real world.

I worked with students as a substitute teacher and one day I had the pleasure of teaching students about Magnetism, a topic I love talking about. They were third graders and they were absolutely fascinated by the lesson.
