About John

Hello and I appreciate you taking the time to research me a little. What my focus is on primarily is getting over creative blocks, learning how to arrive at your artistic voice, and seeing a goal be achieved. I am in love with the masters while excited by the energy of graffiti. I am about doing the work, repeatedly. Breaking the rules and discovering what a proper mix of fundamentals and fearless drive can unearth within my students. The artist plays a pivotal role in every society and the voice you possess it what is needed. I'm looking forward to meeting you and I am here if you would like a more personal question answered.

My journey has been an amazing one of humility and self discovery. I have always done art, or been creative. Whether finding my style and place in the world of skateboarding or galleries, I have had triumphs and stumbles, popularity and isolation. The thing I never lost was and is a strong need to document and create. Art is my faith and I never doubt that I'm doing exactly what I am supposed to. Again this art thing means so much more than can be described in this paragraph. If our paths cross it will be obvious that I am serious about my work as well as our collective art which is our history, our version of our existence.

I have been a staple in the Los Angeles art scene since I was very young. Young in ability and experience. I have been in hundreds of group shows and over a dozen one man shows.I had the honor to work with the CW network which aloud me to paint live at Madison Square Garden. My work is in many prominent collections and I am currently working on a project using other mediums then galleries as ways to do shows. (More to come as this is what I'm most excited about)

My gallery experience can help you to understand where to start if showing is your goal.

If increasing your skill level is top priority I will encourage my students to explore exactly what is holding them back and we will conquer that.

I am an open book with students and only want to see good people achieve there goals and wake to their fullest potential.
