About Nikol
I am a math major at the University of Rochester. I have multiple years of experience tutoring mathematics throughout high school and into college-- whether that be through private tutoring or in classrooms. I have tutored elementary school math all the way to calculus. I am very aware at how challenging it is to be confused about a topic, and I know how hard it can be when it seems like everyone is understanding the material and you are lost. It has always been my goal to help students get back on track using various methods of addressing the topic, and also to emphasize the importance of asking questions and working through many problems until solving them becomes second nature.
I love when students get that a-ha moment where a concept begins to makes sense to them! I really hope to help students have a better understanding for math, whether that be extra help on subjects they are confused about, act/sat math prep, or just to help them get ahead!
I am a mathematics major at the University of Rochester.
