About KellyAnne
Hey! I'm Kelly and I'm a freshman at NJIT getting a degree in Computer Science. I tutored middle school and high school students for three years in mainly math, but also in general studies. I am the perfect tutor for you if you need help in Algebra, Algebra II, Geometry, or Calculus. I am also great for SAT tutoring; I got a 1520 if that helps you understand why I'll be a great fit.
I love tutoring because teaching is my passion. The best feeling is when a student suddenly understands the concept. I love math and hope others that struggle will be able to understand that same appreciation.

First, I get to know the student and figure out what areas they are struggling in. Depending on the topic, I might give them a short quiz to see what they already understand. If they already know what they are struggling with, we can immediately get started with working on questions and explaining in a simple way.
I have worked with middle schoolers helping with all classes. I have also worked with high school student on geometry, algebra I & II and precalculus.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Make sure to try to figure out what exactly about a topic is confusing you. Pinpoint which part of the problem is causing you to get stuck.
