About Sierra

Sierra is a 750 + hr certified yoga instructor, specializing in Tantric and Shamanic practices she learned throughout her studies in Asia and South America. Her teaching style places a strong focus on mental health and wellness. She uses both common and uncommon mindfulness tools to ease suffering and create a lighter and happier existence. She is also a trained Thai Bodywork Practitioner and continues to learn new healing modalities at every opportunity!

About the lesson

Her teaching method places the student's needs first, providing very personalized instruction for each individual. Her yoga classes aim to unite mind, body, and spirit to create a space for deeper self exploration. Her coaching aims to empower each individual so that they know that they are their own healer and teacher, capable of amazing growth and transformation.

From taking yoga classes in New York with Sierra, I have experienced a compassionate, understanding, and highly healthy, highly aware attitude that is created for her students/ clients. Approaching situations or troubles with a balanced mental attitude allows space for feeling and healing without any certain agenda or certain way things "should" be. Sierra is as real as it gets and isn't afraid to acknowledge the troubles and difficult realities of mental health and yoga, as acknowledging these truths are all part of the healing process!
