About Yevheniia
I am a final semester nursing student at George Washington University with a high GPA and over three years of clinical experience working with both pediatric and adult patients as a patient care technician, and currently as a nurse extern. I am passionate about teaching and helping students build confidence in their knowledge. I am patient, approachable, and able to adapt to different learning styles to make challenging material easier to understand. My goal is not only to help students succeed academically, but also to prepare them to think critically and apply their knowledge in real clinical settings.

I focus on helping students truly understand the material rather than just memorize it. I am very big on incorporating active recall in a way that fits each student’s learning style, because you only truly know the material when you can explain it, not just recognize it on a multiple-choice question. My teaching style is interactive and tailored, using real-life clinical examples to make concepts easier to understand and remember. I incorporate practice questions, test-taking strategies, and application-based learning to improve both comprehension and exam performance. A typical session includes breaking down difficult topics, identifying gaps in knowledge, fulfilling them, and reinforcing them through active recall so students build confidence and long-term retention.
