About Arop
I am a final-year Bachelor of Science student majoring in Physics and Mathematics at Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University. My passion for teaching stems from a genuine desire to demystify STEM subjects and turn what often feels intimidating into something clear and empowering. I am driven by the moment a difficult concept finally clicks for a student, and nothing is more rewarding to me than helping learners overcome academic anxiety, build real confidence, and realise their full potential in Mathematics, Physics, and IT.

My tutoring methodology centres on a strict 80% practice and 20% theory split, as true understanding in Mathematics, Physics, and IT comes from active problem-solving rather than passive reading. In a typical lesson, I first test your current position to identify specific conceptual gaps. We then dissect the core theory together, walk step-by-step through representative exam questions, and transition into independent practice where you teach the concepts back to me in your own words. My lessons are aimed at High School students (Grades 8 to 12 CAPS and IEB) as well as university students tackling Calculus, Linear Algebra, University Physics, Python, and SQL. All sessions are conducted fluently in English, giving you the tools, confidence, and structured problem-solving framework needed to excel in your exams.
