About Callum

I'm almost over the line and currently applying for my FY years! Whilst it has been a very demanding process, I've loved my time at medical school - I enjoy teaching junior and prospective med students and have designed and delivered OSCE sessions, proofread and refined UK medicine personal statements and multiple award-winning dissertations*, and tutored online for over a year. I've passed my MLA (Medical Licensing Assessment) and have a special interest in psychiatry - I'm especially happy to teach psych and practice psychiatry OSCE stations! *including the winner of a British Psychology Award for best qualitative dissertation.

About the lesson

I offer a personalised and flexible approach to your MMI interviews and medical school application. I'm happy to provide you with as many or as few affordable sessions as you like to refine your application and interview skills, as well as offer a supportive presence throughout this demanding process. I received offers after all 3 of my MMI interviews (St Andrew's, Queen's Belfast, and UoD) and would love to help you out with yours. I've been a support worker during the past two years of interviews at UoD, and so I have extensive knowledge about the process and its challenges. My strong writing and editing skills can help guide you through the new personal statement question writing process to express who you are and why you belong in medical school next year! (No AI)
