First Class Graduate Tutor able to teach GCSE & A-Level

Serena Dodhia has worked at my Physiotherapy and Massage Clinic as a Locum receptionist when called upon in the past two years. She has demonstrated excellent communication skills with patients face to face and over the telephone showing empathy to those in pain and wishing to book appointments. The smooth running of the clinic is entirely dependent on this role which she embraces with professionalism. Her jobs include arranging appointments, taking payments, recording accounts, filing of patient sensitive data and keeping the environment clean to meet our professional standards and in light of Covid-19. She is smart, eager to learn and perform any task requested of her to help all our practitioners. She has always been on time. She is a pleasure to have in our team.
