About Ellen
Currently studying physics at university and haven recently completed my A levels in maths, physics and chemistry I have a good understanding of the Uk/Irish curriculum and the structure of exam questions across a range of exam boards. I have been tutoring maths for two years from primary ages up to A level, which has taught me a lot about different methods of tutoring and how to approach difficult concepts, and am eager to help students with any problem either through content learning or exam style practice.

Whilst school can follow the same routine each day, I think it is important to make each lesson different and fun whilst learning the content to help students succeed in their subjects. As everyone learns differently I believe it is important to get to know the student as an individual and tailor each session to their requirements to get the most out of a lesson. It is important that students can not only answer exam questions but understand the content, therefore I aim to help students think outside the box and beyond the standard curriculum. I strongly believe this is will help students tackle difficult questions or new concepts in the future.
Tutoring offered:
- Physics, maths and chemistry at KS3 and GCSE.
- Physics and maths A level.
- Introduction to Physics/maths/chemistry A level. ( Great for over the summer between year 11 and 12 is you want a head start)
